What Gets Recorded
Open Settings → Audit Logs. Whenever someone creates, updates, deletes or restores a record, the change is logged: campaigns and their payouts, targeting and caps, affiliates, advertisers, team members, invoices, integrations, security settings and more.
Each entry shows the date and time, who did it, their IP address, the type of record, and a before-and-after view of every field that changed.
The account owner always can. Team members need the Audit Logs report permission.
Reading the Log
Changes made together are grouped, so editing five fields on one campaign shows as one entry with five rows. Values are shown in plain words, for example "Active" instead of a status number, and "Yes" or "No" for switches.
Filters
- Date range — when the change happened.
- Action — created, updated, deleted or restored.
- Entity — the kind of record, such as Campaign or Affiliate.
Use Reset filters to go back to everything in the date range.
One Campaign's History
To see the history of a single campaign, open the campaign and choose Audit Log from its help panel. It lists only that campaign's changes, including its payout rules, targeting and caps.
Sensitive Values
Passwords, API keys, secrets and tokens are never shown. When one of them changes, the log records that it changed but hides the value. That way you can see when a credential was rotated without exposing it.
