Creative Library

Every banner, HTML ad, email and video creative across all your approved campaigns — in one browsable gallery, ready to embed or download.

Overview

The Creative Library (sidebar → Campaigns → Creative Library) aggregates the approved marketing assets from every campaign you're approved on, so you don't have to open each campaign one by one. Each campaign still has its own creatives tab — the library is the shortcut.

Browsing & Filtering

  1. Filter by campaign or type

Use the Campaign and Type dropdowns to narrow the gallery. Types include Banner Image, Email, SMS Text, Video, and HTML ad.

  2. Search by title

Type in the search box to find a specific creative by name.

  3. Preview

Click any thumbnail to open a larger preview. For images you'll see the full asset; for HTML/email you'll see the code and subject line.

  4. Load more

The gallery pages 24 assets at a time — click Load more to see the rest.

Copy Embed Code (Banners)

For banner images, the Embed button copies a ready-to-paste HTML snippet that already wraps the banner in your tracking link:

<a href="https://track.yournetwork.com/c?c=456&a=789" target="_blank"><img src="https://cdn.yournetwork.com/banner-300x250.jpg" border="0" alt="Offer" /></a>

Paste it directly into your site, blog or ad — clicks are automatically attributed to you.

Want sub-IDs in the embed?

Build the link in the Link Builder first, then swap the href in the snippet for your customised URL.

HTML, Email &amp; SMS Creatives

For code-based creatives (HTML ads, email templates, SMS copy), use the Copy button to grab the raw code, or open the preview to review the subject line and body before copying. Use Download to save the original file.

Best Practices

  • Always use the Embed / tracking link — a banner without your tracking link earns you nothing
  • Match the creative to the placement — pick sizes that fit your ad slots (300×250, 728×90, etc.)
  • Respect the campaign's terms — some advertisers restrict certain creative types or traffic sources
  • Refresh regularly — advertisers add and rotate creatives; check back for the latest assets
