Affiliate Invoices & Mass Payments

Turn approved earnings into invoices, then pay many affiliates at once with a single payment file for PayPal, your bank or another payout service.

How Paying Affiliates Works

  1. Approve conversions. Only approved conversions count towards what an affiliate is owed.
  2. Create an invoice for the affiliate under Affiliates → Affiliate Invoices.
  3. Approve the invoice. It now has an outstanding balance and is ready to pay.
  4. Pay it — one at a time by recording the received amount, or many at once with Affiliates → Mass Payments.
AffClix doesn't move the money

AffClix prepares the payment file and keeps the records. The actual transfer happens in your PayPal, bank or payout provider account. Once it is sent, you mark the batch as paid in AffClix.

Payout Methods

Affiliates add how they want to be paid in their own portal, under Account → Payout Methods. The options include banks, online services such as PayPal and Payoneer, UPI, and crypto. Each affiliate can save several and choose a default.

You decide which methods your network offers in Settings → Platform Settings → Affiliate Portal → Payout Methods. Switch off any method your finance team can't pay through, and affiliates won't be able to pick it.

Payment details are protected

Account numbers and wallet addresses are stored encrypted and shown masked everywhere in the app. Full details only appear in the payment file you export for a batch.

Creating an Invoice

  1. Go to Affiliates → Affiliate Invoices and click Create Invoice.
  2. Pick the affiliate. Their billing details fill in automatically. If something is missing, the Pre-flight Checklist tells you what.
  3. Set the invoice number, dates, period and currency.
  4. Add line items. Shortcut buttons can add the affiliate's earnings for you:
    • Add Sub-Affiliate Override — commission earned from affiliates they referred.
    • Add RevShare / IB — settled revenue-share periods, one line per period.
  5. Check the tax treatment. AffClix suggests it from both parties' countries (domestic, export or international reverse charge), and you can override it.
  6. Click Generate Invoice.

Invoice Status

Use Change Invoice Status in the invoice list to move an invoice along. When you record a received amount, AffClix sets the status for you:

StatusMeaning
PendingCreated, not yet approved for payment.
ApprovedReady to pay. It can now go into a mass payment batch.
Partially ReceivedPart of the amount has been paid. The rest is still outstanding.
ReceivedPaid in full.
CancelledVoid. Cancelled invoices no longer count as billed, so those earnings can be invoiced again.

Mass Payments

A payment batch lets you pay a group of invoices in one run, for example all of July's payouts.

  1. Open Affiliates → Mass Payments and click New Payment Batch.
  2. Tick the invoices to include. Only approved invoices with an outstanding balance are listed. Each row shows the affiliate's default payout method, or "No method on file".
  3. Add an optional note, such as "July 2026 payouts", and click Create Batch.
  4. On the batch page, click Export CSV for a general payment file, or PayPal MassPay CSV to upload straight to PayPal.
  5. Send the payments from your provider.
  6. Back in AffClix, click Mark Batch Paid. Every invoice in the batch is recorded as paid. This can't be undone.
Skip one payment. Use Exclude on a row, with a reason, to leave it out of the batch.
Start again. Cancel Batch releases its invoices so they can go into a new batch.

Paying in Other Currencies

An affiliate can ask to be paid in a different currency from your network's. The batch then shows both amounts: what the invoice owes, and the converted payout at the current exchange rate. The payment file includes both.

One payout currency per batch

A payment file can only send one currency. If you select invoices paid in different currencies, create a separate batch for each. If AffClix warns that exchange rates may be out of date, check the rates before paying.

Checking an Affiliate's Balance

Open the affiliate's profile and go to the Billing & Balance tab to see:

  • Open — approved earnings not yet paid, whether invoiced or not.
  • Settled — everything paid to date.
  • Pending — earnings from conversions still awaiting approval. These are not owed yet.
