How Team Access Works
In the affiliate portal open Account → Team Members. Team members work in the same account, with the same campaigns, links and earnings, but sign in with their own e-mail and password. You can have up to 10 team logins.
The account owner always has full access. Changes to a member's role apply on their next click — there is no need to sign them out.
Inviting a Team Member
Click Invite member
Enter their full name and work e-mail, and pick a role.
They set a password
The e-mail link is valid for 72 hours. After setting a password they are signed in. Later they log in on the normal sign-in page with their own e-mail.
If the link expires, click Resend. A member who forgets their password can use Forgot password like anyone else.
Roles and Areas
| Role | Can open |
|---|---|
| Admin | Everything, including the team |
| Manager | Campaigns & links, Reports, Postbacks, Account settings — no payments or team |
| Analyst | Campaigns & links and Reports |
| Finance | Payments & billing and Reports |
| Custom | Exactly the areas you pick |
- Campaigns & links — browse campaigns, request access, build tracking links, download creatives.
- Reports — clicks, conversions, daily, geo, sub ID and e-commerce reports, exports.
- Postbacks — add, delete and test postback URLs.
- Payments & billing — earnings, invoices, payout methods, billing profile, KYC & tax forms.
- Account settings — company profile, tracking preferences, API keys.
- Team management — invite, edit and remove team members.
Everyone can open the dashboard, notifications and their own password and two-factor pages.
Two-factor Authentication
Each member can turn on authenticator-app codes for their own login. To make it compulsory, switch on Require two-factor authentication: members without it are asked to set it up before they can continue. If someone loses their phone, use Reset 2FA so they can set it up again.
Two-factor sign-in is available when your network's plan includes it.
Managing the Team
- Edit access — change the role or the areas.
- Reset password — e-mail the member a link to set a new password.
- Suspend — block the login for now; Reactivate restores it.
- Remove from team — the login stops working immediately. Campaigns, links and earnings are not affected.
For Network Operators
Open an affiliate's profile to see the Team Logins card listing their members. Team members with permission to edit affiliates can suspend or reactivate a member. The audit log records which team member made each change on the affiliate's behalf.
