What Short Links Are For
Tracking links can get long and messy. A short link points to the same place but is easier to share, and it counts how many times it was clicked. The full tracking link still does the tracking, so attribution isn't affected.
Creating a Short Link
- Open Tools → Short Links and click Create Short Link.
- Paste the long URL.
- Click Generate Short Link. It works straight away and stays active until you end it.
Managing Short Links
The All Short Links list shows each link with its long URL, click count, status and creation date. Use the search box to find one.
- Copy — copy the short URL.
- End — stop the link redirecting visitors, for example when an offer ends.
- Restore — make an ended link work again.
