What This Log Shows
Open Reports → Smart Link Logs. Each row is one visitor arriving on a Smart Link: which campaign the link chose for them, the routing method it used, and what finally happened to the click.
Filter by date range, by a single Smart Link, or by final action. The log opens on today.
Who can see what
Team members see only the decisions that routed to campaigns of advertisers assigned to them. Advertisers see only decisions that routed to their own campaigns.

Common Questions
"Why did this campaign get no traffic?" Filter to the Smart Link and look at which campaigns appear as Selected. If yours never does, check its targeting and caps.
"Why is so much traffic going to fallback?" Filter Final Action to Fallback and read the Reason column. Usually the campaigns in the link don't cover the visitors' countries or devices.
