What the Clicks Report Shows
Navigate to Reports → Clicks Report to access your click-level data. The report is powered by ClickHouse — a columnar analytics database — so even large date ranges return in seconds.
Each row represents one click on one of your tracking links. You can see whether that click ultimately converted, what payout was earned, and detailed metadata about the visitor.
Click data is typically retained for 12 months. For data older than your available range, contact your account manager.

Exporting Data
Apply your filters
Set the date range and any additional filters to narrow down the data you want to export.
Click "Export XLSX"
The button is in the report header (it only appears after data is loaded). The export includes all visible columns.
Download the file
The XLSX file downloads to your browser. Open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any compatible tool for further analysis.
Exports with more than 50,000 rows may take a few seconds to generate. The button will show a loading spinner while the file is being prepared.
Analysis Tips
- Low CR but high clicks? Filter by
sub1to identify the traffic source with the worst conversion quality. Pause that source and reallocate budget. - High fraud scores? Check if a specific sub-ID or IP range is driving suspicious clicks. Adjust your traffic source targeting.
- Compare GEOs: Filter by country to see which geographies convert best for this offer, then scale spend in those markets.
- Approved vs Pending ratio: If many conversions stay in Pending for days, contact your account manager — this may indicate an advertiser-side delay.
