Payout models and rates are set by your account manager. Contact them to negotiate or update your CPA/CPL targets.

Traffic Caps

Caps limit the total clicks or conversions a campaign accepts to control your spend. When a cap is hit, additional clicks are still recorded but won't result in payable conversions.

Cap TypeWhat It Controls
Daily Click CapMaximum clicks accepted per calendar day
Daily Conversion CapMaximum conversions paid per calendar day
Total Conversion CapLifetime maximum conversions (campaign auto-pauses when hit)
Cap hit?

If your daily cap is regularly being hit, contact your account manager to increase it — you may be leaving conversions on the table.

Running Campaigns

Campaigns → Running Campaigns shows real-time traffic across all your active offers. Use it to:

  • See which campaigns are receiving traffic right now
  • Monitor conversion rates in real time and alert your team if something looks wrong
  • Compare campaign-level performance side by side

Conversion Postback

For accurate conversion tracking, the network needs to receive a server-to-server postback from your system whenever a conversion occurs. This is typically configured by your account manager, but understanding the flow helps you troubleshoot discrepancies.

  1. Visitor clicks an affiliate tracking link

A unique click_id is embedded in the redirect to your landing page.

  2. Visitor converts on your site

Your system fires the postback URL provided by the network with the click_id in the request.

  3. Platform records the conversion

The conversion is attributed to the correct affiliate and campaign. Payout is calculated and applied.

Conversion discrepancies

If your internal conversion count doesn't match the platform, compare click_id values. Common causes: duplicate postback fires, missing click_id pass-through, or postback URL misconfiguration. Contact support with sample click IDs for investigation.
