Overview
The Earnings page (sidebar → Earnings) is your financial dashboard. It combines your live approved earnings from tracking with the payout invoices the network has issued, so you always know where every dollar stands.
All figures are shown in your account currency and are converted from each campaign's payout currency using the exchange rate on the day the click or conversion occurred.
Understanding Your Balances
The four cards at the top summarise your money at each stage of its lifecycle:
| Card | What it means |
|---|---|
| Available Balance | Approved earnings that have not yet been rolled into an invoice — this is what you're owed and can expect on your next statement. |
| Pending Earnings | Conversions still awaiting the advertiser's approval. These are not guaranteed and may be rejected during validation. |
| Outstanding | Amounts already invoiced to you but not yet paid. |
| Paid to Date | The total the network has actually paid you. |
Affiliates only ever see their own payout. The advertiser's revenue and the network's margin are never shown.

Pick a date range
Use the date picker in the top-right. Presets like Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days and This Month are available, or choose a custom range.
Read the chart
The green line is approved earnings per day; the dashed amber line is pending. Hover any point for the exact value.
Check the KPI strip
Clicks, conversions, approved earnings, pending, and EPC (earnings per click) for the selected period update alongside the chart.
Payment History
The Payment History table lists every payout invoice the network has issued to you, with its status and a download link for the PDF. Statuses follow the standard billing lifecycle:
- Pending / Processing — invoice raised, not yet approved for payment
- Approved — cleared for payment
- Partially Paid — a partial payment has been recorded
- Paid — settled in full
Invoices can only be issued once your billing profile is complete. Add it under Account if prompted.
FAQ
When do pending conversions become approved?
After the advertiser's validation window closes (varies per campaign). Approved conversions move from Pending Earnings into Available Balance.
How is Available Balance calculated?
Lifetime approved earnings minus everything already invoiced to you.
Why did my pending amount go down?
Some pending conversions were rejected during validation (duplicate, fraud, or advertiser reversal).
