Publish Listings & Approve Creators

How to publish a campaign to the public offer catalog, review incoming creator applications, and manage the lifecycle of your network listings.

Listing Eligibility

Only campaigns that meet all of the following can be published to the network catalog:

RequirementWhy
Status is ACTIVEPaused, pending, ended or rejected campaigns cannot receive creator traffic
Visibility is not PRIVATEPrivate campaigns are internal to your workspace by definition
Schedule has not endedCreators must never apply to an offer that can no longer convert
Automatic catalog hygiene

If a listed campaign later ends, is rejected, or is deleted, its listing is paused automatically — creators never see or apply to a dead offer. Relist it after reactivating the campaign.

Publishing a Campaign

Go to Network → My Listings and click Publish Campaign. The publish form has the following fields:

FieldPurpose
CampaignThe active campaign to list. One campaign can have at most one listing.
Public HeadlineThe title creators see in the catalog — write it like an offer pitch, not an internal campaign name
CategoryWhere the offer appears in catalog filters (iGaming, Crypto, E-commerce, …)
Platform Commission %The network margin. Creators see your campaign payout minus this percentage.
Public DescriptionOffer details, accepted traffic types, restrictions and payout terms
The listing copy is public

Internal campaign fields — private notes, revenue figures, advertiser details — are never exposed. Only the headline, description, category and the creator-visible payout appear on the catalog.

Listing Statuses

StatusMeaning
LISTEDLive on the public catalog and accepting applications
PENDING_REVIEWSubmitted and awaiting platform review (when review mode is enabled)
PAUSEDTemporarily hidden — existing approved creators keep working, no new applications
DELISTEDPermanently removed from the catalog; open applications are revoked
DRAFTCreated but never published

Creator Applications

Network → Creator Applications is your inbox. Each application shows the creator's name, email, audience size, promotion plan and the listing they applied to. Pending applications always sort to the top, and you can filter by status.

  • PENDING — waiting for your decision
  • APPROVED — creator is cleared to promote; mapped to an affiliate account
  • REJECTED — declined, with an optional reason
  • REVOKED — automatically closed because the listing was delisted

Approving a Creator

  1. Review the application

Check the creator's audience size, niches and promotion methods against your offer's traffic restrictions.

  2. Map to an affiliate account

Select the affiliate account in your workspace the creator will run under. This is what connects the creator to your tracking links, payout rules, capping and fraud protection.

  3. Optionally generate a coupon code

Tick Generate a creator coupon to issue a personal code registered against the campaign. Ideal for social and video creators where link tracking is unreliable — conversions redeemed with the code attribute to that creator.

Earnings need the affiliate mapping

Creator earnings only accrue once an affiliate account is linked. You can approve first and link later, but conversions that arrive before the mapping exists are not credited retroactively to the creator ledger.
