KPI Report — Team Performance

Performance grouped by the team member who owns the relationship, rather than by campaign or affiliate. It answers who on your team is producing revenue, and which accounts are drifting without an owner.

What This Report Measures

The quickest way to open it is Reports → Report Builder → the KPI Report view.

Every other report slices traffic by campaign, affiliate or geo. This one slices it by your own staff — rolling up the clicks, conversions, revenue and payout of the affiliates and advertisers each team member manages.

It is most useful for three things:

  • Account manager review. Whose accounts grew, whose stalled.
  • Workload balance. One manager carrying most of the revenue is a concentration risk.
  • Finding orphans. Accounts with no manager assigned produce revenue nobody is looking after.

What It Depends On

The report is only as good as your Account Manager fields

Attribution here comes entirely from the Account Manager set on each affiliate and advertiser record. Accounts with that field empty contribute to nobody, and the totals will not reconcile against your campaign reports.

Before relying on it, confirm every active affiliate and advertiser has a manager assigned — see Manage Affiliates and Manage Advertisers.

Metric Reference

MetricMeaning
Team MembersHow many members are represented in the current result.
ClicksClicks across all accounts this member manages.
ConversionsConversions on those accounts.
RevenueAdvertiser-side revenue attributed to their accounts.
PayoutAffiliate-side cost on the same accounts.
CRConversion rate — conversions divided by clicks.
EPCEarnings per click.

Revenue minus payout is the margin their book of business produced over the period.

A click or conversion is credited to the manager of its affiliate and to the manager of its advertiser. When the same person manages both, it is counted once. Amounts are shown in your network currency, and the date range follows your network timezone.

Using It Fairly

Raw revenue is a poor performance measure on its own

A manager who inherited three large accounts will outrank one who built five small ones from nothing. Read growth over comparable periods, and margin rather than gross revenue, before drawing conclusions about people.

Compare a member to their own previous period, not only to their colleagues.
Watch margin as well as revenue — volume bought at a thin spread is not the same achievement.
Account for reassignments during the period, which move revenue between people.

Your own access is scopedThe ranking is built only from the affiliates and advertisers you can see, so a restricted member usually sees just their own row, with their own numbers.
