Quick Start Guide — Advertiser Portal

Get oriented in the advertiser portal in four steps — from first login to reading your campaign performance data.

What the Advertiser Portal Gives You

As an advertiser, your portal is a read-and-monitor interface that gives you visibility into:

  • Campaigns that have been created for you by the network
  • Real-time click and conversion data driven to your offers
  • Affiliate-level and GEO-level breakdowns of your traffic
  • Payout and revenue summaries across date ranges
Campaign creation

In most network configurations, campaigns are created and managed by your account manager on your behalf. Contact them to request new campaigns, payout changes, or creative updates.

Step 1 — Log In

  1. Navigate to your portal URL

Your network operator will provide a login URL (e.g., yournetwork.affclix.com). Use the Advertiser login section or the dedicated advertiser login page if provided.

  2. Enter your credentials

Use the email and password sent by your account manager. First-time login? You may be prompted to set a new password.

  3. Land on your Dashboard

The dashboard shows today's campaign performance summary — clicks, conversions, and revenue at a glance.

Step 2 — View Your Campaigns

  1. Navigate to Campaigns → All Campaigns

You'll see all active campaigns associated with your advertiser account.

  2. Open a campaign

Click any campaign to view its details: payout structure, geo targeting, active affiliates, daily caps, and live statistics.

  3. Check campaign status

Active campaigns show a green status badge. Paused or expired campaigns are clearly marked. Contact your account manager to change campaign status.

Step 3 — Monitor Performance

  1. Check your Dashboard metrics

The dashboard shows today's Clicks, Conversions, Conversion Rate, and Revenue. Use the date picker to switch ranges.

  2. Review Running Campaigns

Campaigns → Running Campaigns shows which offers received traffic today, sorted by conversion volume.

  3. Spot issues early

If clicks are arriving but conversion rate is unusually low, check your tracking pixel or postback setup — this is the most common cause. Contact your account manager to investigate.

Step 4 — Review Reports

  1. Open Reports → Clicks Report

Your click-level report shows every click, its conversion status, payout, GEO, device, and affiliate source.

  2. Apply date and campaign filters

Narrow the report to a specific campaign or time window for focused analysis.

  3. Export to XLSX

Download the filtered view as an Excel file for internal reconciliation or billing purposes.
