Overview
The Sub-Affiliates page (sidebar → Sub-Affiliates) is your referral hub. Anyone who signs up through your unique referral link becomes part of your downline, and you earn a percentage — the override — of the payout they earn. It's passive income for growing the network.
You earn an override on the affiliates you directly refer. Their downline is theirs, not yours.
Sharing Your Referral Link
Copy your referral link
At the top of the page, click Copy. The link carries your unique referral code (e.g.
?ref=AB12CD34).Share it
Post it wherever other marketers gather — communities, social, your blog. Anyone who registers through it is automatically attributed to you.
Track your downline
The Your Downline table lists everyone you've referred, their status, and their contribution to your override.
How Override Is Calculated
Your override earning is simply:
override = downline's approved payout × your override rate The Override Rate card shows your current percentage. It's set by the network — either a platform-wide default or a rate assigned specifically to you. Only approved downline earnings count; pending or rejected conversions do not.
Override Statement
The Override Statement table is your ledger. After each month closes, the platform automatically books the override you earned for that period. Each row shows the period, your downline's earnings, your rate, your override, and a status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Accrued | Booked to your account, awaiting invoicing |
| Invoiced | Included on an invoice issued to you |
| Paid | Settled by the network |
| Void | Reversed or cancelled |
Statements post shortly after each calendar month ends, once late conversion approvals have settled.
FAQ
Does referring someone cost me anything?
No. Your override is paid by the network — it does not reduce your referrals' earnings.
What if my referral hasn't earned yet?
They'll appear in your downline immediately, but override only accrues once they generate approved payout.
Can I change my override rate?
The rate is set by the network. Contact your account manager if you have questions about it.
