What Campaign Sync Does
Many networks buy offers from other networks. Campaign Sync connects to the source platform's API, fetches its offers on a schedule and creates matching campaigns in AffClix. Later runs update payouts, caps and status, so your copy stays in line with the source.
Open it from Integrations → Campaign Sync.
Supported Platforms
AffClix, Offer18, Trackier, HasOffers (TUNE) and Voluum. More platforms are being added.
Setting Up an Integration
- Click New Integration and pick the platform. You can't change the platform later.
- Give it a name you will recognise, and enter the API details the platform asks for.
- Open Test API and run a request. You should see "Connected successfully" and the number of campaigns found.
- Choose how often to sync. Each interval has a limit: every hour (up to 200 campaigns), every 2 hours (500), every 6 hours (1,000), every 12 hours (5,000) or every 24 hours (10,000).
- Set the import rules and defaults described below.
- When you're happy with the test, set the integration to Active. Inactive integrations never run on schedule.
Choosing What to Import
Filters keep low-value or irrelevant offers out. Leave a filter blank to allow everything.
- GEO Filter — include or exclude countries using two-letter codes, such as US, IN, DE.
- Payout models — only import, say, CPA and CPL offers.
- Minimum Payout / Price Range — skip offers that pay less than a threshold.
- Currency and operating systems — limit to certain currencies, or to Android or iOS offers.
- Sync Limit — the most campaigns to import per run.
Settings for Imported Campaigns
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Advertiser | Which advertiser the campaigns belong to. Leave it blank to create one per source advertiser automatically. |
| Payout Margin | A percentage taken off the source payout before affiliates see it. This is your margin. |
| Campaign Visibility | Public, Private, or Public with approval required. |
| Auto-Approve | Approve conversions automatically. Manual review is safer for new or untrusted sources. |
| Name Prefix / Description | Text added to the start of every imported name or description, so synced offers are easy to spot. |
| Campaign Category | Put imported campaigns in one of your categories. |
| Fallback | Where traffic goes when a synced campaign can't take it: a fallback URL, or another campaign. |
| Assign Affiliate | Give chosen affiliates access to synced campaigns straight away. |
Campaign Mappings
Campaign Mappings shows each remote offer next to the AffClix campaign it created or is linked to. From here you can link an offer to an existing campaign, re-sync selected offers, mark them for review, or pause or stop one without deleting it.
Sync Logs
Every run appears in Sync Logs with how many offers were fetched, created, updated, skipped or failed, how long it took, and whether it was scheduled or started by hand. Open a run for the full detail and any error message.
