If your account manager sent you a tracking link, you can skip straight to Reports to monitor performance.
Step 1 — Log In to Your Account
Open your portal URL
Your network operator will provide a login URL in the format
yournetwork.affclix.com. Bookmark it for quick access.Enter credentials
Use the email address and password sent by your account manager. If you haven't received them, contact support.
Land on your Dashboard
You'll see today's performance summary — clicks, conversions, revenue, and EPC across all approved campaigns.
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page, or ask your account manager to reset it from the admin panel.
Step 2 — Browse Campaigns
Navigate to Campaigns → All Campaigns
The campaign list shows every offer available on the network. Use the status filter to show only Approved campaigns (ones you're already cleared to promote).
Review campaign details
Click any campaign row to open its detail page. You'll see the payout model (CPA, CPL, CPI…), GEO restrictions, device targeting, daily caps, and creative assets.
Request access if needed
For campaigns showing Pending or Unassigned status, click Request Access. Your account manager will approve or decline it.
Step 3 — Get Your Tracking Link
Open an approved campaign
From the campaign list, click any campaign with Approved status.
Copy your tracking link
The campaign page shows your unique tracking URL. It contains your affiliate ID and a unique click token embedded automatically.
Append sub-IDs (optional)
Add
&sub1=source&sub2=ad_idto the URL to pass source data that will appear in your reports. Up to 5 sub-ID slots are available.
Full reference for sub-IDs and all available parameters is in the Tracking Links guide.
Step 4 — Set Up a Postback (Optional)
If you run your own tracking system or DSP, you can receive a server-to-server callback every time a conversion is recorded — without relying on pixels or cookies.
Go to Campaigns → Global Postback
Set a single postback URL that fires for every conversion across all your campaigns.
Add your postback URL
Example:
https://yourtracker.com/cb?cid={click_id}&payout={payout}&status={status}Test with a live click
Send a test click and verify your endpoint receives the callback. Full macro list is in the Postbacks guide.
Step 5 — Monitor Performance
Open Reports → Clicks Report
Every click your link receives is logged here in real time with click ID, timestamp, GEO, device, and conversion status.
Filter by date range and campaign
Use the date picker and campaign filter to narrow down any time window or specific offer.
Export to XLSX
Click Export XLSX in the report header to download the current view for invoicing or reconciliation.
