Scheduled Reports

E-mail any saved Report Builder view as a CSV every day, week or month — to your team, your finance department or a client — without logging in to export it.

How Scheduled Reports Work

Open Reports → Scheduled Reports. Each schedule sends one saved view from the Report Builder. Columns, filters and sort come from the view, so editing the view changes future e-mails.

  • The report runs as the person who created the schedule, with their current permissions. A team member's report only contains the affiliates and advertisers assigned to them.
  • Periods always end yesterday, so every file covers complete days.
Before you start

Save a view in the Report Builder first. Scheduled Reports are included on the Growth plan and above, and need the report and export permissions.

Creating a Schedule

  1. Click New Schedule

Give it a name, for example "Daily campaign summary", and pick a saved view — yours or one a colleague shared.

  2. Choose when to send

Frequency, day of week or month, send time and timezone. The timezone is used for both the send time and the report dates.

  3. Pick the report period

Counted back from the send date.

  4. Add recipients and save

Up to 10 e-mail addresses, separated by commas or new lines. Anyone listed receives the report data, so add only people who should see it.

Use Send now on any schedule to send it immediately — useful for checking the result.

Frequencies and Periods

FrequencyReport periods you can choose
Daily, Weekly or MonthlyYesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Previous week (Mon–Sun), Month to date, Previous month

A typical set-up: daily at 08:00 with Yesterday for the team, and monthly on the 1st with Previous month for finance.

Delivery and Large Files

  • The CSV is attached when it is 5 MB or smaller. A larger file is linked instead and can be downloaded from Export History by the schedule's owner.
  • A period with no data still sends an e-mail saying so.
  • Recent Deliveries shows the last 50 runs with the result (Sent, No data, Failed or Skipped), the number of rows and a note.
  • A send that was missed, for example during maintenance, is not replayed later.

When a Schedule Pauses

A schedule pauses itself, and you get a notification, when it can no longer run: the owner is deactivated, loses export permission, or the saved view is deleted or no longer shared. Three failures in a row also pause it. Fix the cause and click Resume.
