What This Log Shows
If you use phone verification to confirm leads or sign-ups, open Reports → OTP Verification Logs to see each OTP transaction. Each row shows the phone number, the provider that sent the code, the purpose (for example registration or login), the affiliate who sent the user, and whether the code was verified.
Needs the OTP integration
This report appears on plans that include OTP Integration, and only fills up once a provider is connected. See OTP / Phone Verification.
Filters
- Date Range and Timezone — defaults to today in your account timezone.
- Provider — limit to one SMS or OTP provider.
- Status — Verified or Not Verified.
- Purpose — for example registration or login.
- Affiliate — one affiliate's traffic only.
- Search — find a phone number, OTP reference or provider.
Click Export XLSX to download the filtered list.
What to Use It For
Spotting low-quality traffic. An affiliate with many codes sent but few verified is likely sending fake or mistyped numbers.
Checking a provider. If verification suddenly drops for one provider only, the issue is probably SMS delivery, not your traffic.
Answering a user. Search the phone number to confirm whether a code was sent and verified.
