What Application Questions Do
Open a campaign and go to the Application tab. Questions you add here appear in the Apply panel when an affiliate requests the campaign. Without questions, affiliates apply with one click.
- Questions matter most on campaigns that require approval: you read the answers, then approve or reject.
- On a public campaign affiliates still answer, but access is granted straight away.
- A campaign can ask up to 10 questions, with an optional note shown above them.
Application Questions are included on the Scale plan and above.

Reviewing Answers
- Answers received — the table at the bottom of the Application tab lists every affiliate who answered, the request status and when they submitted.
- Affiliates tab — pending requests with answers show a View answers link that opens them in a side panel. Links from Campaigns → Campaign Requests open the same panel.
- Answers are kept exactly as they were given, even if you change the questions later.
Approve or reject from the same screen as usual — see Manage Affiliates.
Applying Through the API
Affiliates who apply through the Affiliate API see the questions in the applicationQuestions field of each campaign. They send answers with the campaign request as answers.<campaign_id>.<question_key>. A request missing a required answer comes back with the result questions_required and is not created.
